From an operational standpoint, the State Assembly consists of 150 seats. 104 of those are Democrats. Our current incumbent is a Republican, he has been in that position for 10 years. He’s in the minority. He can’t move us forward. Chautauqua County needs more money. We need more opportunities. We need more jobs. Our fight to improve our county starts with putting a Democrat in that seat in the 2020 election.
On a more personal level, I understand citizens of Chautauqua County may feel uneasy. Some voters do not identify with the Democratic party, and that's okay. Before you make a decision, consider my ambition to be this county's advocate. Watch me fight for transparency and integrity. My fight is your fight; the people of this county deserve a voice. Let's stop "getting by" and start thriving. Please -- judge me as a candidate based on the content of my character, not by the "D" that follows my name.
